We provide everyone with sufficient free credits, but large language models are costly (for example, OpenAI charges $20 per million words). To ensure our service meets as many users’ needs as possible, we have set some limitations. When your credits run out, you can purchase additional credits to continue translating.
Our credit pricing is more affordable than other apps because we use proprietary translation caching and optimization technology, reducing translation costs by up to 50%.
If you’re interested in purchasing credits, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Dashboard or Language page and select translation.
2. Choose your preferred translation model.
3. If you don’t have enough credits, clicking the translate button will redirect you to the purchase page, where you’ll see the required word count and corresponding credits needed.
4. Select a credit package and complete the payment.
5. After purchasing, you can resume your translation tasks.
