This manual will guide you on how to properly configure and enable Ciwi_Switcher in your Shopify theme. Please follow the steps below to complete the process.
Configuration Process
(1) Status description
- Completed: indicates that the configuration is complete.
- Uncompleted: indicates that the configuration is not complete and further operations are required.
(2) Enter the theme editor
- Go to the “Currency” page
- Click the “Click here” button to jump to the Sections page of the Theme Editor.
(3) Check whether Ciwi_Switcher is added successfully
- Scroll down to the “Footer” section.
- Find “Ciwi_Switcher” in the Apps area and make sure it has been added successfully.
(4) Save changes
- In the upper right corner of the theme editor, click the “Save” button.
- This will enable Switcher.
(5) Verify configuration status
- Return to the Currency page of the App.
- Refresh the page and confirm that the status of step 2 has changed to Completed, which means that the configuration is successful.
(6) Dealing with unsuccessful market additions
- If the Switcher fails to add to certain markets, please go to the Theme Editor page:
- Switch to the appropriate market (different markets may require separate configuration).
- Manually add the Switcher to ensure that all markets are correctly configured.
(7) Avoid adding repeatedly
- Do not add Switcher multiple times, otherwise it may cause page display abnormality or function conflict.
Style Configuration
You can customize the style of Switcher in the theme editor according to your actual needs, such as:
- Color adjustment
- Position setting
- Font size, etc.
